Working closely with Jack Nicklaus and club leadership, Jim Wagner developed a long-term master plan for The Club at Las Campanas focused on improving course performance, maintenance efficiency, and the member experience across both the Sunrise and Sunset Courses.

In addition to a new irrigation system, recommendations included strategic turf reduction, bunker reduction and repositioning, expanded native areas, restoration of key sight lines, infrastructure upgrades, and targeted course enhancements designed to improve playability while reducing long-term operating costs. The resulting plan established a clear framework for future investment and the continued evolution of the property.
